We had such a great experience working with Carolyn and Frank! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and they were patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. They were always honest with us, quick to respond, and truly understood what we were looking for in a home. Their positive attitude and professionalism made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Carolyn and Frank were amazing and so helpful in the home buying process. We were first time home buyers and they made us feel at ease when it can feel very overwhelming and intimidating . They were very accommodating to our requests and needs and answered any questions we had very promptly. They also helped us catch a leak in the house during our final walk through, right before closing, and made sure it was fixed before we finalized closing. They never pressured us and always were looking in our best interests through the whole process. They are great at coordinating and communicating with all parties that are involved in the home buying process. Even after closing on the house they are still present and are happy to recommend painters/roofers/contractors/electricians as we have settled into our home. They are both great and sincere people , and exactly the type of people you want to be working with during the home buying process. We would absolutely recommend them and plan to work with them again if/when we ever want to move down the road .
