Carolyn was great. We sold our home quicker than we expected (yay!) and Carolyn made us finding our new home a great priority. She also was very accommodating with my unique work schedule. I would often have to see a place without my husband, and he would later have to look, thus making Carolyn visit some places twice. She was happy to help us out and even made sure to schedule showings with my son's nap time in mind. Great to work with :)

Without a doubt I would vigorously recommend Carolyn! I am a first time buyer and did not have an agent. I found a listing I wanted to see and sent a submission to see the unit and Carolyn contacted me that day to set up a showing. I had a great vibe the moment I met her. She took time and explained many things along with showing me the properties. Never pushy or in a rush. Very pleasant, easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable and responds quickly to anything I had questions on or wanted to see. I asked her to be my agent - one of the best decisions I could have made. She is incredible.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and we couldn't have imagined all of what was involved with the process! Carolyn is very flexible with times for showings. My husband and I come home late in the evenings, and she would always find the time to accommodate our schedules. She also has 20/20 vision when viewing homes. She looked at things we wouldn't have known to look for or ask about. She pays attention to detail and always has a positive attitude. Most importantly, Carolyn never made us feel alone. The whole "first time homebuyer" process was gut wrenching until the end, but she always made sure to be involved. She was present during the inspection, and she kept herself in the loop during the lending/attorney process. She made herself available at anytime of the day to answer any and all questions my husband or I had regarding all aspects of the process. I couldn't be more thankful for everything Carolyn has done for my husband and I. She is genuine, kind hearted, knowledgeable, and professional.

I met Frank when I called to ask to see a duplex in Batavia. I was impressed with his personality and called him to see a few more places and when my contract was up with my current realtor I listed with Frank shortly after. He sold my home in less than a month I believe, whereas it had been on the market for 6 months with the previous realtor. His friendly conscientious manner and kindness won me over and I will not hesitate to refer him to anyone contemplating selling their home. He kept me informed and was consistent and thorough in the whole selling process. I want to add that I am hearing impaired and he was sensitive to my needs at closing and helped me through that process as well.

Where do I start? You want an agent that: > Listens to you and can focus on your individual wants and needs, then formulates a plan to hit on them. Ding! > Knows in detail all the various areas in the region. Ding! > Is always on top of keeping you informed at an unreal level. Ding! > Negotiates the offers and purchase contract for your best interest in a firm and professional manner. Ding! > Is super eagle-eyed on the inspection process. Like a champ! Maybe most of all, you want an agent that doesn't give you the feeling that they are running off in the sunset once they get their check in hand. I've had some real "interesting" experiences in past home buying and selling - Carolyn is the real deal.
